5 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
  1. Time management- using social network, it make you addicted. We must have the time management,so that we can not have a long exposure to internet.
  2. Self control- make your self busy on the other things like communicating to your friends and family not through internet but instead using personal communication. 
  3. Think carefully before you click- make sure that the link you click is reliable.
  4. Secured Personal Information- nowadays, some of the social network are stealing information. Be always secured!.
  5. Precaution in installing and opening a website - make sure that the apps you are installing are reliable.

I learned that ICT means information,communication and technology and by CHED UNESCO this program wants to enhance the teacher to be proficient in the development and utilization of ICT and this program also helps student to develop their minds when it comes to technology.
